PaST: Parametric Skill Transfer

PaST (Parametric Skill Transfer) separates knowledge acquisition from reasoning skills by extracting a transferable skill vector from RL training and injecting it into SFT-adapted models. This makes continual adaptation more efficient and robust across domains.
